LUREXA GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products by Lurexa, a micro-enterprise, located at 9 rue de Soultz, 68000 Colmar, France, registered under SIRET number [your SIRET number]. These conditions apply to any order placed on our website or by any other means for the purchase of table lamps.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these GTC is to define the conditions under which Lurexa sells its table lamps, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of commercial transactions.
2. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
Any order placed with Lurexa implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Consequently, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted the conditions.
3. Products
Lurexa offers designer table lamps, made from quality materials. The essential characteristics of the products are described on the product sheets on our website. Product photos are non-contractual and may vary slightly depending on models and material availability.
4. Orders
Any order must be validated by the buyer on our website or by any other means offered by Lurexa. The buyer receives an order confirmation by email with a detailed summary of the products ordered, as well as the total amount of the order, including delivery fees.
5. Prices
The prices of the table lamps are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery fees. Lurexa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the prices in effect at the time of the order will be the applied prices.
6. Payment
Payment for orders can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other means offered on our site. Payment is secured via a partner payment provider. The product is shipped only after payment validation.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are indicated at the time of order and depend on the delivery method chosen by the buyer. Lurexa undertakes to ship products as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 10 business days.
Delivery fees are borne by the buyer and are clearly indicated before order validation.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return fees are borne by the buyer, unless the received product is defective or non-compliant.
9. Guarantees
Table lamps sold by Lurexa are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of 1 year from the receipt of the products. In case of a defective product or one not conforming to the order, the buyer may request a replacement or a refund, according to their preference.
10. Liability
Lurexa cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may result from the use of the products sold (material damages, loss of profits, etc.). Lurexa's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Lurexa website, including texts, images, logos, and other content are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.
12. Confidentiality
Lurexa undertakes to respect the confidentiality of its customers' personal data. This information is necessary for order management and will under no circumstances be communicated to third parties, except for payment processing or delivery reasons.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These conditions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will first be sought. Failing an agreement, the competent court will be that of Lurexa's registered office, in Colmar.
